TOKYO (Reuters) - Newly installed Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihide Suga said on Wednesday he would implement policies to beef up Tokyo's alliance with the United States, while hoping to establish stable relationships with China and Russia.
Suga was speaking in his first news conference as prime minister after being in sworn in earlier on Wednesday as the successor to Shinzo Abe.
