Over 12 mln COVID-19 tests conducted by African countries amid call to intensify testing

ADDIS ABABA, Sept. 13 (Xinhua) -- The Africa Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (Africa CDC) said that African countries have conducted more than 12 million COVID-19 tests.

As of Sunday, more than 12 million COVID-19 tests have been conducted across the African continent with a 10 percent positivity rate.
