RIGA, Sept. 11 (Xinhua) -- The Baltic travel bubble ceased to exist on Friday as Latvia, whose COVID-19 incidence is lower than its neighboring countries, introduced restrictions on travel with Estonia.
According to the COVID-19 rules currently effective in Latvia, all travelers who arrive in Latvia from countries where the cumulative 14-day COVID-19 incidence exceeds 16 cases per 100,000 inhabitants are required to self-isolate for 14 days.
