SARAJEVO, Sept. 10 (Xinhua) -- Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) will open its borders at 6 a.m. on Sept. 12 to all foreign citizens who present a negative COVID-19 PCR (polymerase chain reaction) test not older than 48 hours, the press officer of BiH's Council of Ministers Mirjana Micevska told Xinhua on Thursday.
Despite the COVID-19 risks, the Council of Ministers decided to open the borders based on the initiative of the Presidency of BiH and after receiving consent from the governments of the country's two entities -- the Republika Srpska (RS) and the Federation of BiH (FBiH), according to Micevska.
