LILONGWE, Aug. 17 (Xinhua) -- Malawi President, Lazarus Chakwera, says the country will open schools and the Kamuzu International Airport early September after thorough assessment of safety standards amid the pandemic COVID-19.
Chakwera announced this in his weekend radio address on COVID-19, saying the country is now able to set some benchmarks for the restoration of social order and the recovery of the economy.
