Jordan records 6 new cases of coronavirus

AMMAN, Aug. 9 (Xinhua) -- Jordan on Sunday recorded six news cases of coronavirus, including five local infections, increasing the caseload since the outbreak of the pandemic to 1,252.

The new cases included three people who contracted the virus from COVID-19 patients in the Irbid governorate and two cases who contacted with a patient in the Mafraq governorate.
