STOCKHOLM, Aug. 7 (Xinhua) -- Research showed that gun violence has been on the rise in Sweden in recent years and drawing in more innocent people, Swedish Television (SVT) reported on Friday.
"We see an increase in murders and attempted murders in criminal environment in Stockholm," Joakim Sturup, researcher and analyst with Stockholm Police, was quoted as saying.
