BANGKOK, Aug. 3 (Xinhua) -- A total of 106 U.S. army soldiers are undergoing an alternative state quarantine upon arrival to Thailand under the host country's anti-pandemic measures, confirmed an army colonel on Monday.
The Thai army is making arrangements for the U.S. soldiers to be quarantined for 14 days upon their arrival from the United States and Japan on Monday and Tuesday, said the head of the Thai Army's anti-COVID-19 unit Nattapon Srisawat.
