SANTIAGO, Aug. 2 (Xinhua) -- Chile on Sunday reported a total of 359,731 people have tested positive for the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) and 9,608 have died of the disease.
According to the Health Ministry daily report, in the previous 24 hours, tests detected 2,081 new cases of infection and 75 more patients died.
