Scaffolding collapse kills 3 in Vietnamese capital

HANOI, July 30 (Xinhua) -- Three workers were killed and another was injured after a scaffold collapsed at a construction site in Vietnam's capital city Hanoi on Thursday evening, local media reported.

The accident happened at around 8 p.m. local time on Thursday evening in Hanoi's Hai Ba Trung district, with several workers reportedly falling from a collapsed scaffold, according to Vietnam News Agency. Among them, three died at the spot and one was taken to the hospital for treatment, local online newspaper Nhan Dan (People) reported.
