TRIPOLI, July 28 (Xinhua) -- The National Center for Disease Control of Libya on Tuesday announced 190 new COVID-19 cases, the highest daily record, as the total cases climbed to 3,017.
The center said that the tally of cases includes 579 recoveries and 67 deaths so far.
