CHICAGO, July 24 (Xinhua) -- Gold futures on the COMEX division of the New York Mercantile Exchange rose on Friday as fears over COVID-19 dominated the market.
The most active gold contract for August delivery rose 7.5 U.S. dollars, or 0.4 percent, to close at 1,897.5 dollars per ounce.
