JERUSALEM, July 23 (Xinhua) -- Israeli researchers have developed the world's smallest transistor, based on one atom, the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (HU) said on Thursday.
A transistor is an electronic component built from a semiconductor material and used for a very wide range of purposes in the electronics industry.
