NAIROBI, July 16 (Xinhua) -- The World Bank's private sector arm, International Finance Corporation (IFC), said on Thursday that the demand for housing finance among women in Kenya is estimated at 1.59 trillion shillings (about 14.8 billion U.S. dollars).
Jumoke Jagun-Dokunmu, IFC regional director for Eastern Africa, told a virtual meeting that the east African nation has a relatively untapped housing finance market with significant unmet demand for housing finance among women.
