DUBAI, July 16 (Xinhua) -- The United Arab Emirates (UAE) on Thursday announced 281 new COVID-19 cases, bringing the total confirmed cases in the country to 56,129.
The UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention said in a statement that 994 more patients recovered from the infectious respiratory virus, taking the tally of recoveries in the UAE to 47,412.
