Coronavirus movement ban for seniors, youth illegal - Bosnia'S top court

SARAJEVO (Reuters) - Bosnia's top court ruled on Wednesday that a measure curtailing freedom of movement for people older than 65 and younger than 18 to try and halt the spread of the coronavirus is not in line with the constitution.

In response to an appeal by a group of citizens, the Constitutional Court concluded that there had been a violation of the appellant's right to freedom of movement also under the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms.
