Iraq's president to consult to choose new prime minister candidate - state news agency

BAGHDAD (Reuters) - Iraqi President Barham Salih will begin consultations to choose a new candidate for prime minister, the state news agency said late on Sunday, after the designated candidate Mohammed Allawi said he withdrew from the race.
