Libya summit in Berlin brought 'little step forward' - Russia's Lavrov

BERLIN (Reuters) - The Libya conference in Berlin agreed to set up an international committee to monitor a ceasefire, Russia's acting foreign minister, Sergei Lavrov, said on Sunday.

"The document calls for need to solve the Libyan crisis by the means of Libyans themselves, without outside intervention," Lavrov told reporters.
