SOUTH CAROLINA, US (ANN): A man whose penis was severed after allegedly assaulting a woman sexually is out on a $75,000 (RM313,125) bond in South Carolina, USA.
Dennis Slaton, a 61-year-old registered sex offender, was charged last August with first-degree criminal sexual conduct and kidnapping after a woman, fleeing his house naked, claimed she had been sexually assaulted, the Greenville News reported on Monday, Oct 28.
