MOSCOW (Reuters) - The Kremlin said on Thursday it was concerned by the humanitarian situation in northern Syria following Turkey's decision to launch a military operation there.
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Russia was worried in particular about the refugee situation.
