VIENNA (Reuters) - The United States is taking a wait-and-see approach on whether to tap its Strategic Petroleum Reserve to stabilise oil markets after weekend attacks on Saudi Arabia's oil infrastructure, Energy Secretary Rick Perry said on Tuesday.
U.S. President Donald Trump said on Monday it looked like Iran was behind the attacks on Saudi oil plants but stressed he did not want to go to war. The attacks sent oil prices soaring and raised fears of a new Middle East conflict.
