LONDON (Reuters) - Iran and Russia have signed a memorandum of understanding over cooperation in the energy sector, the Iranian oil ministry’s SHANA news agency reported on Monday.
The preliminary agreement covering oil, gas, petrochemicals, electricity and nuclear power was signed in Tehran by Iran's deputy oil minister, Amir Hossein Zamaninia, and his Russian counterpart, SHANA said.
