QAMISHLI, Syria (Reuters) - The battle for Islamic State's final scrap of territory at Baghouz in eastern Syria is ongoing and clashes continue, Mustafa Bali, the head of the media office of the U.S.-backed Syrian Democratic Forces told Reuters on Tuesday.
