THE HAGUE (Reuters) - An International Criminal Court prosecutor said on Wednesday it is possible that ex-Ivorian leader Laurent Gbagbo, who has been acquitted by trial judges, could be retried on war crimes charges.

The comment by prosecutor Eric MacDonald was made during a hearing on the terms of the release of Gbagbo and co-defendant Charles Ble Goude. A decision on their release was expected later Wednesday.
