MOSCOW (Reuters) - Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe plans to visit the Eastern Economic Forum to be held in Russia's far eastern city of Vladivostok in September, the Interfax news agency reported on Thursday, citing Japan's ambassador to Russia, Toyohisa Kozuki.
