Woman twerks by roadside, causes head-on crash

PETALING JAYA: What started out as a saucy display of "twerking" turned disastrous when a woman’s roadside antic proved too much of distraction for a motorcyclist that he crashed head-on into a car.

A video, which has been making the rounds on social media, shows a woman dancing provocatively by the side of a road in what is believed to be in Ukraine.

The whine of a motorcycle engine is heard and the woman, referred to as Masha by her friend, proceeds to dance towards the road as a car appears headed in the direction of the bike.

A moment later, the motorcycle and car collide and the motorcyclist is seen flying into the air as his bike slides across the ground near the camerawoman.

The two women, audibly shocked and in distress, rush towards the collision. The motorcyclist can be seen lying limp on the ground before the video ends.

The video, which was uploaded on YouTube on April 17, has over 1,200,000 views as of 5.30pm Tuesday.

Many of the comments on the video note that the woman's dancing may be blamed for causing the crash.

Some netizens pointed out that the car had swerved into the path of the motorcycle, resulting in the accident.
