MOSCOW (Reuters) - Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has called for painstaking investigation over detention of Economy Minister Alexei Ulyukayev, Russian news agencies said on Tuesday.
Medvedev discussed Ulyukayev's detention with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
