Russia says EU sanctions extension will encourage Kiev to violate Minsk accords - Interfax

MOSCOW (Reuters) - Russia's foreign ministry said on Monday that the European Union's decision to extend sanctions against Russia would encourage Kiev to violate the Minsk peace agreements over the Ukraine conflict, Interfax news agency reported.
