WASHINGTON (Reuters) - President Barack Obama and Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff are set to meet at the White House on Tuesday during a visit aimed at bolstering economic ties and turning the page on a spying scandal.
The two leaders will follow a morning meeting in the Oval Office with a joint news conference at 12:05 p.m. EDT (1605 GMT), the White House said.
