HELSINKI (Reuters) - Finland's incoming government on Wednesday picked Timo Soini, the leader of the eurosceptic and anti-immigrant The Finns party, as its new foreign and Europe minister.
Alexander Stubb, prime minister in the previous coalition, will be the new finance minister.
