WARSAW (Reuters) - Poland has lodged an appeal with the European Court of Human Rights against a ruling made by the court in July that Poland hosted a secret CIA prison on its soil, the Polish foreign ministry said in a statement.
Poland's prosecutor-general said earlier this week that an appeal was being prepared on procedural grounds.
