NEWPORT Wales (Reuters) - French President Francois Hollande said he would remain in office through to the end of his mandate despite the record low ratings in opinion polls he faces.
Asked at a new conference after a NATO summit whether he would finish his term given the state of unemployment and his unpopularity, he said: "I was elected for five years by the French people. I am half way through my mandate."
