KIEV (Reuters) - Ukraine's parliament on Thursday approved Valery Heletey as defence minister as proposed by President Petro Poroshenko.
The assembly voted 260 in favour of the appointment of the 46-year-old colonel-general who headed security at the presidential and parliamentary administration.
