Obama to make statement about Ukraine

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - President Barack Obama will make a statement about the situation in Ukraine at 11 a.m. EDT (1500 GMT), the White House said.

Obama will speak from the South Lawn of the White House as he prepares to travel to Florida for a day of events in Orlando and Miami.
