BRUSSELS (Reuters) - European Union leaders will meet in Brussels for an emergency summit on Ukraine on Thursday, European Council President Herman Van Rompuy said on Monday.
EU leaders "will discuss the latest developments in Ukraine and how to facilitate the necessary de-escalation of the situation."
