KUWAIT (Reuters) - U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon said donors had promised more than $2.4 billion (£1.4 billion) in humanitarian aid for Syria at conference on Wednesday.
"Today more than $2.4 billion was pledged," Ban said in a speech at the gathering in Kuwait.
