ROME (Reuters) - France and Italy called on Wednesday for the euro zone to have a full-time chairman after EU parliament elections in May, according to a Franco-Italian document on Wednesday.
The document was released on the sidelines of a meeting between French President Francois Hollande and Italian Prime Minister Enrico Letta.
