BRASILIA (Reuters) - The presidents of Brazil and the United States agreed on Tuesday to postpone Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff's state visit to Washington in October until U.S. spying revelation are addressed.
The Brazilian government said in a statement that "the conditions are not suitable to undertake this visit on the agreed date."
