JOHANNESBURG (Reuters) - U.S. Vice President Joe Biden spoke to Ecuador's President Rafael Correa about fugitive former National Security Agency contractor Edward Snowden in a phone call, a senior White House official said on Saturday.
"They did discuss Snowden, but I don't have additional details," Deputy National Security Advisor Ben Rhodes told reporters travelling with President Barack Obama in Africa.
