5.6 magnitude quake shakes Peru's capital

LIMA (Reuters) - A 5.6 magnitude earthquake shook buildings in Peru's capital on Tuesday, Peru's geological survey and Reuters witnesses said.

There were no immediate reports of injuries or damages from the quake centred in the Pacific Ocean about 73 kilometres (45 miles) west of the city.
