WASHINGTON: A former American teacher, who was on the FBI's most wanted list, was charged Tuesday with production and possession of child pornography after his extradition from Nicaragua.
Eric Justin Toth, 31, briefly appeared in a Washington court, and was to be held until a preliminary hearing May 23.
