BEIJING (Reuters) - Chinese Vice Premier Li Keqiang, the man likely to succeed Wen Jiabao as premier, prodded North Korea to improve ties with South Korea and the United States at the start of a visit to the isolated North on Sunday.
Pyongyang has stirred regional tensions with its nuclear arms ambitions, missile tests and deadly confrontations across the divided peninsula last year.
