TIANJIN, China (Reuters) - Negotiators at this month's climate talks in Mexican resort Cancun have a better chance of making progress if they keep expectations in check, the British climate minister said at the weekend.
Last year's meeting in Copenhagen was "a rollercoaster of high expectations followed by massive disappointment," and negotiators are already far more circumspect, Chris Huhne told Reuters after a meeting of climate legislators in Tianjin, northern China.
