SEOUL (Reuters) - North Korea's chief nuclear envoy is visiting China, where he has expressed a renewed willingness to restart international disarmament talks two years after walking out on the negotiations and declaring them dead.
In recent weeks, six-party talks envoys from the two Koreas, China, the United States, Japan and Russia have exchanged a series of visits to try to resolve differences.
