REUTERS - The first U.S. civilian trial of a detainee from the Guantanamo Bay military prison was delayed on Wednesday.
Ahmed Khalfan Ghailani, 36, is charged with conspiring in the 1998 bombings of U.S. embassies in Tanzania and Kenya that killed 224 people. His trial in Manhattan federal court is now due to start on Tuesday.
