GENEVA (Reuters) - Iran's plans to slash subsidies on electricity, water and food will pinch Afghan refugees who are already struggling to make ends meet, the U.N. High Commissioner for Refugees said on Tuesday.
The cuts, due to start later this year, could put further strains on the economy if they cause a big jump in inflation.
