BANGKOK (Reuters) - A gunman fired pistol shots at a bank branch in suburban Bangkok early on Sunday, shattering its glass doors, but there were no injuries, a Thai police official said.
Riots erupted in Bangkok on Wednesday as troops dispersed anti-government protesters from the commercial district, but the city has been mostly calm over the last two days. Police said the latest shooting, shortly after midnight, appeared to be an isolated incident.
