SHANGHAI (Reuters) - An explosion and fire at a storage tank at the Gaoqiao oil refinery in Shanghai's industrial Pudong district lit up the sky on Sunday.
The fire was at a naphtha storage tank, with a capacity of about 1,000 tonnes, a Sinopec media officer told Reuters, adding that there would be no impact on production.
