MOSCOW (Reuters) - President Dmitry Medvedev on Tuesday hit out at Russia's business culture which he said was riddled with corruption and depended excessively on exporting the country's immense natural resources.
Speaking to the Valdai discussion group of Russia experts, Medvedev said that his country was on a "road to nowhere" relying on raw material exports and could not hide from the pressing need for economic and social reform.
