BRUSSELS (Reuters) - The European Union will soon propose the creation of a global blacklist of airlines deemed unsafe, the bloc's transport chief said on Tuesday in the aftermath of a plane crash near Comoros.
"My idea is to propose a world blacklist similar to that in the EU," Transport Commissioner Antonio Tajani told a news conference.
